But, don&#8217;t be mistaken, vaccinations concern adults as well as children! Several vaccines received during childhood or youth lose their effectiveness over time. Because of this, &#8220;booster&#8221; vaccinations must then be administered to assure continuous adequate protection.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, many vaccines were not provided for in the earlier provincial immunisation schedule or have only been available on the market during our adult life. Therefore, it may be that, depending on your age, condition or overall health, you require these new vaccines. In fact, some could prove to be very beneficial, indeed even essential to keep you immune to certain infections.<\/p>\n<p>So why cure when you can prevent? Make an appointment and get vaccinated at in your home at a time that suits you.
